Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry is an American model, actress, and beauty pageant contestant who received the title of Miss America in 1996. She was named by her mother after Ali MacGraw, an actress who starred in the film "Love Story.' She's from French (Cajun) descent and grew up in Cecilia, Louisiana, where she was a student at Cecilia High School. When she was 17, she was co-captain of her school's cheerleading squad and was given the title 'Miss Louisiana Teen USA. Following her win of the Miss USA title, she also won the Miss Louisiana USA title in 1996.' She first made an acting debut in 1997 in the TV show 'Clueless'. The year 1998 saw her gain notoriety by playing the "Doritos Girl" for her role in the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. In 2000, she made her film debut with the film Beautiful. She has appeared in many shows and films over the years. Her name is included on several lists of "women who are most wanted.
