Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox studied flute, piano and harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for three years in the 1970s. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend for students as well as part-time employment. Lennox was a student at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy in her performance when as compared to the performance of her peers. Then she began to consider alternatives. Lennox joined a group called Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. The group did not appear on the talent competition New Faces on I.T.V. She sang lead to The Tourists (a British popband) between 1977 and 1980. There she made friends with Dave Stewart who would later form Eurythmics. Lennox was later able to release her first solo album Diva. This came out in 1992. This album became a huge hit, both in terms of the sales as well as critically acclaimed. Nostalgia Lennoxs Six solo album was released in the month of October 2014. included Nostalgia Lennox. This C.D. Lennox compiled her top blues and soul from the time of her childhood. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four improvised tracks for piano that Lennox released in May, 2019. The E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album, which was released in conjunction with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox (born December 25 1955) is a Scottish political activist and singer. The Tourists were a new-wave group who had some success in the late 1970s. Then, she became a part of the band with her fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox launched her solo career by releasing her debut album Diva in the year 1992. The album was the inspiration of many hits songs such as"Why" and "Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa her 1995 studio album has cover versions of songs like No MoreI I Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. She has six solo studio albums, as well as one compilation album.
